This is the message we most want to get, and the one we act on fastest. So we can act on it, please include:
- the tool's address, so we know exactly which page you were on
- the exact values or file you put in
- the number or output you got, and what you expected instead
- for file tools, your browser and the file's size and type
If a formula really is wrong, we fix the code and note it on the page. We don't quietly adjust the number.
Other reasons to write
A tool that fails on a particular file, a layout that breaks on your device, or something unusable with a keyboard or screen reader.
