Who is responsible
Allin1Tool is operated by Klig Technologies, Pune, Maharashtra, India. For anything in this policy, including a request to access or delete data, write to kligtechnologies@gmail.com.
The short version
The tools run in your browser. Files you open and text you paste are processed on your own device and are never uploaded to us — we do not operate a server that could receive them, and there is no account system. What we do have is optional analytics and advertising, both off until you agree, and a set of browser-local storage keys listed in full below.
Files and text you put into a tool
Every PDF, image, spreadsheet, block of text and set of numbers you enter is handled by JavaScript running in the page. Nothing is transmitted. You can verify this yourself by opening your browser's network panel while using any tool: you will see the page fetch its own scripts, and no request carrying your file or your figures.
One caveat worth stating precisely: the PDF tools load a rendering engine file that is served from this site alongside the page. It is not a third party, and your document is not part of that request.
What is stored in your browser
To make the tools less annoying to use, some state is kept in your browser's local storage. This never leaves your device and we cannot read it. Here is everything:
| Key | What it holds |
|---|---|
| tool-input-… | What you last typed into a calculator, so a refresh does not lose your work. |
| converter-units-… | The unit pair and decimal precision you last chose on a converter. The value you were converting is not kept. |
| allin1tool-search-history | Your recent searches on this site. |
| selected_currency | The currency symbol the calculators display. |
| theme | Light or dark mode. |
| cookie-consent, cookie-preferences | Your answer to the cookie banner. |
| allin1tool-privacy-banner-dismissed | Whether you have closed the privacy notice. |
Kept only until you close the tab
The developer tools use session storage instead, which the browser discards when the tab closes. That is deliberate: people paste access tokens, connection strings and API payloads into those boxes, and a draft outliving a tab close on a shared machine is a leak. The keys are tool-input-… for the main editor and tool-compare-left-… / tool-compare-right-…for the two panes of the JSON comparison tool. Each of those tools also shows a “clear it now” link beneath its buttons.
If you are on a shared or public computer, clear everything before you walk away — this removes both stores:
Remove everything this site has stored in this browser, including anything you typed into a tool and your cookie choice.
Analytics
If you accept analytics cookies, we load Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-RBHCTFRB9R). It records which pages are opened, which tools error, and approximate location and device type. It sets _ga and _ga_<id> cookies with a two-year lifetime. We ask Google to truncate your IP address. If you decline, the script is never loaded.
Advertising
If you accept advertising cookies, we load Google AdSense (publisher ID ca-pub-9993605528130263), which pays for the site. Google may use cookies and device identifiers to choose and measure the ads you see. You can review and change what Google does with your data at My Ad Center and Google's partner-sites notice. If you decline, no ad script is loaded and no ad is shown.
Both services run on Google's infrastructure, which means data sent to them may be processed outside your country, including in the United States.
Your choices
- Change or withdraw your cookie consent at any time using Cookie settings in the footer. Withdrawing is as easy as consenting.
- Clear everything stored locally with the button above, or by clearing site data in your browser.
- Because we hold no account and no server-side records, there is nothing for us to export or delete on your behalf — but if you believe otherwise, write to us and we will look.
- California residents: we do not sell or share personal information in the sense the CCPA uses. Declining advertising cookies stops the only data flow that could resemble it.
Children
The site is not aimed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
