Everything on Allin1Tool is provided for general information. The tools are built carefully and the formulas come from named published sources, but they are not a substitute for professional judgement and they cannot see your circumstances.

Health tools are estimates, not diagnoses

BMI, body fat, calorie, macro, protein, hydration and ideal-weight calculators all apply population-level equations. They cannot account for body composition, medical conditions, medication, pregnancy, age extremes or athletic training, and any of those can move the answer a long way. A normal result does not rule anything out, and an alarming one does not confirm anything. Speak to a doctor or a registered dietitian before changing how you eat, train or medicate.

The pregnancy due-date tool applies Naegele's rule. Fewer than one birth in twenty happens on the estimated date, and a dating scan is more reliable than any arithmetic. Use the date your clinician gives you.

Financial tools ignore most of what decides the outcome

Loan, savings, investment, tax and pricing calculators assume the rate you enter holds for the whole term. Real products carry processing fees, insurance, prepayment penalties, floating rates, tax treatment and inflation that these tools do not model. Investment projections are arithmetic, not forecasts — past returns do not carry forward. Nothing here is financial, investment, tax or legal advice. Confirm figures with your lender, bank, accountant or a licensed adviser before you commit to anything.

Tax rates and statutory limits change. Where a tool has a rate built in — the PPF rate, for example — the page states the rate and the date it was correct. Check it against the current official figure.

Document and image conversion has real limits

Conversions run in your browser, which constrains what is possible. Specifically:

• Word and PDF text conversion preserves the words, not the layout. Fonts, tables, images, headers and footers are not carried across.
• Compressing a PDF by re-rendering its pages makes the text non-selectable and non-searchable. That trade-off is stated on the tool before you run it.
• Colour-key background removal works on flat, evenly lit backgrounds. It is not subject detection and will not cut a person out of a busy photograph.
• Speed and maximum file size depend on your device and browser, not on us.

Always open a converted file and check it before sending it anywhere that matters.

Your files

Processing happens on your device, so we never hold a copy and cannot recover one. Keep your original until you have checked the output.
